Beautiful-Bijoux will submit your order, if payment is received, within 24 hours. 

The delivery time is different for every country, so please check the tabel below.

What are the shippingcosts?
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €2.95. When you spend over €30, - we charge no shipping costs.

The shipping costs for Europe are between € 2.50 and € 4.95. Depending on the weight of your order. When you spend over €40, - we charge no shipping costs.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order amount is € 2.95.

I have not received my order, what now?
We recommend to wait a week from the day your order is send, during this week it can still be delivered. If you haven't recieved it by then , please send us an email (info@beautiful-bijoux.com). Include your order number in this mail, if you don't know your order number or can't find it, include your name and address.

I have received a wrong item, what now?
Please contact us as soon as you recieved your order. 

I have not received a confirmation email.
It may be in your spam box, so please check that first. If it's not there, please send an email to info@beautiful-bijoux.com. Include your name and adress.

Can I return or exchange something?
Yes you can within 14 days. The condition is that the article is unworn and undamaged.

You have to pay for the shipping costs for returns yourself, unless the mistake is ours. Please contact us before you send it.

We regularly have a partnership with a blog. We get a lot of requests. Therefore, we must conclude that we only organize win promotions with blogs that have more than 1000 (demonstrable) followers.
